Life in the Stone Age

The rain did not dampen 3T's enthusiasm at Beacon Fell today. The children gained some first hand experience about how Stone Age people lived by making shelters, tools and foraging for food or in this case berries. The children were treated to hot chocolate which has nothing to do with the Stone Age but is very tasty! They were also able to explore their surroundings and found a variety of insects including a grasshopper.
